Receta Paradise Pumpkin Pie

Ingredientes
- 1 pkt Jell-O sugar-free instant butterscotch pudding mix 4-serving package
- 2/3 c. Carnation nonfat dry lowfat milk pwdr
- 1 tsp Pumpkin pie spice
- 8 ounce Crushed pineapple in juice, liquid removed (reserve liquid)
- 1 c. Water
- 2 c. Canned pumpkin, (one 16-ounce. can)
- 1 x Keebler graham cracker piecrust, (6-ounce.)
- 3/4 c. Cold-Whip Lite
- 1/2 tsp Coconut extract
- 2 Tbsp. Flaked coconut
- 2 Tbsp. Minced pecans, (1/2 ounce.)
Direcciones
- In a large bowl, combine dry pudding mix, dry lowfat milk pwdr, and pumpkin pie spice. Add in water, reserved pineapple juice, and canned pumpkin. Mix well using a wire whisk. Pour mix into graham cracker crust. Chill for about 15 min.
- In a small bowl, combine liquid removed crushed pineapple, Cold Whip Lite, and coconut extract. Frost top of pie with pineapple mix. Sprinkle flaked coconut and pecans proportionately over top. Chill till ready to serve.
- Makes 8 servings.
