Receta Passover Brownie

Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. Cocoa
- 1 c. Sugar
- 1/2 c. Oil
- 1/2 c. Cake meal
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 c. Chocolate chips
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1/2 c. Nuts, (optional)
Direcciones
- 1. Beat Large eggs and sugar together.
- 2. Blend in cocoa, oil and salt.
- 3. Gradually fold in cake meal, nuts and chips.
- Bake in 8" square pan at 325 degrees for 25 min.
- * Can be doubled and baked in 11" x 15" pan.
