Receta Pasta Salad With Bacon And Avocado

Ingredientes
- 2 c. MAGGI Pasta crests
- 4 x bacon rashers, cooked and cut into strips
- 1 x avocado, diced
- 12 x cherry tomatoes, halved (12 to 16)
- 2 Tbsp. capers, (optional)
- 1 x spring onion, sliced
- 1/4 c. grated or possibly shaved parmesan
- 2 Tbsp. parsley sprigs
- 1/4 c. oil, preferably extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice or possibly wine vinegar
- 1 tsp French mustard
- 1/2 tsp MAGGI green herb stock pwdr
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- Â Â freshly grnd black pepper
Direcciones
- Add in the pasta to a large quantity of boiling water and cook for 8 1/2 min or possibly till just tender. Drain. Rinse under cool running water, then drain thoroughly.
- Place the pasta in a bowl with the remaining salad ingredients.
- Prepare the dressing. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk till smooth.
- Just before serving, toss the salad with the dressing. Serve immediately.
