Receta Pasta With Catfish And Artichokes

Ingredientes
- 2 x catfish fillets
- 3 Tbsp. margarine, low-fat
- 1 c. artichoke hearts, sliced
- 1 x red pepper, cut in julienne stri
- 1 x carrot, cut in julienne stri
- 1 x zucchini, cut in julienne stri
- 2/3 c. low fat lowfat milk
- 1/4 lb angel hair pasta, or possibly vermicelli
- 1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp grnd nutmeg
Direcciones
- Cut catfish in half crosswise and slice into thin strips. Saute/fry catfish in melted margarine; add in the vegetables and cook till tender. Stir in low fat lowfat milk; keep hot.
- Cook pasta according to package directions, drain. Toss well with cheese and catfish mix. Sprinkle with nutmeg and serve immediately.
- Serve with fresh salad and French bread.
