Receta Pasta With Dino's Marinara Sauce

Ingredientes
- 3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 lrg onion minced
- 6 x garlic cloves sliced
- 1 lb fresh mushrooms sliced
- 1/2 tsp dry crushed red pepper
- 1 can Italian plum tomatoes minced, juices reserved (28-oz)
- 1 can tomato sauce (15-oz)
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1Â 1/2 tsp dry basil crumbled
- 3/4 tsp dry oregano crumbled
- 1 pkt purchased tortellini
- 3 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
- Â Â Grated Parmesan cheese
Direcciones
- Heat oil in heavy large skillet over medium heat. Add in onion; saute/fry till tender, about 10 min. Add in garlic; saute/fry 1 minute. Add in mushrooms and crushed red pepper; saute/fry till mushrooms just begins to soften, about 5 min. Add in tomatoes and reserved juices. Cover and simmer 15 min.
- Add in tomato sauce, sugar, basil and oregano. Cover and cook 15 min.
- Uncover and simmer till slightly thickened, about 5 min. Season with
- salt and pepper.
- Add in tortellini and 2 Tbsp. parsley to sauce. Transfer to large bowl. Garnish with remaining parsley. Serve, passing Parmesan separately.
- Serves 4.
