Receta Pasta With Kidney Beans And Bacon

Ingredientes
- 10 ml 2 tsp sunflower oil.
- 1 lrg Onion peeled and minced.
- 1 x Clove garlic crushed.
- 125 ml 0,25 tsp chili pwdr.
- 225 gm 8 ounce wholemeal pasta.
- 400 gm 14 ounce can kidney beans
- Â Â Liquid removed
- 400 gm 14 ounce can minced tomatoes
- 100 gm 4 ounce lean bacon cut into
- Â Â Bite sized pcs
- 200 gm 7 ounce can sweetcorn liquid removed.
- 75 ml 0,5 tbsp tomato puree.
- Â Â Grnd black pepper.
- 30 ml 2 tbsp minced fresh parsley
Direcciones
- Heat the oil in a pan and cook the onion for about 8 min till soft.
- Add in the garlic and chili pwdr and fry for 1 minute. Cook the pasta in a large pan for about 10 min till tender. Drain. When the onion is softened, add in the beans, tomatoes, bacon, sweetcorn, tomato puree and black pepper. Simmer for 15 min. Mix the pasta with the bean sauce and simmer for 5 min. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
