Receta Pasta With Ricotta And Fresh Herbs

Ingredientes
- 1 ct low-fat ricotta cheese, (15-oz)
- 2/3 c. Nonfat lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. Grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 c. Minced onion
- 2 x Garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 c. Minced fresh basil
- 1/4 c. Minced fresh chives or possibly green onions
- 1/4 c. Minced fresh parsley
- 12 ounce Rotelle or possibly fusilli pasta, freshly cooked
Direcciones
- Blend ricotta cheese, lowfat milk and Parmesan in processor till smooth. Heat oil in heavy large skillet over medium heat. Add in onion; saute/fry till beginning to brown, about 5 min. Add in garlic and saute/fry 2 min. Add in ricotta mix, basil, chives and parsley to skillet; stir till heated through, about 5 min. Fold in rotelle. Season with salt and pepper.
