Ingredients: 2 lb Broiler or possibly baking chicken, up to /2 - 3; 3 Tbsp. Butter; 3 Tbsp. Lemon juice; 1/3 c. Brown sugar; 1 tsp Salt; 1 dsh Cayenne pepper; 1 c. Mayonnaise; 1/3 c. Prepared mustard; 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Ingredientes

2 lb chicken">Broiler or possibly baking chicken, up to /2 - 3
3 Tbsp. Butter
3 Tbsp. Lemon juice
1/3 c. Brown sugar
1 tsp Salt
1 dsh Cayenne pepper
1 c. Mayonnaise
1/3 c. Prepared mustard
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Direcciones

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix all ingredients, except for chicken, and heat. Place chicken pcs in a shallow baking pan. Cover with heated sauce. Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hour.
