Receta Peach Cobbler (Old Fashioned)

Ingredientes
- 3/4 c. Flour
- 1 dsh Salt
- 2 tsp Baking Pwdr
- 1 c. Sugar
- 3/4 c. Lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. Butter
- 2 c. Sliced Peaches, Fresh
- 1 c. Sugar
- Â Â Whipped Cream Or possibly Ice Cream, Optional
Direcciones
- 1. Sift flour, salt and baking pwdr.
- 2. Mix with i c. sugar, slowly stir in lowfat milk to make batter.
- 3. Heat butter in a 8 x 8 x 2" baking pan.
- 4. Pour batter over melted butter. Don't stir.
- 5. Mix the peaches and 1 c. sugar thoroughly and carefully spoon them over batter.
- 6. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
- 7. Serve warm or possibly cool with whipped cream or possibly homemade ice cream.
