Receta Peach Tea Bread

Ingredientes
- 2Â 1/2 c. all purpose flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1Â 1/2 c. finely minced fresh peaches or possibly liquid removed,
- Â Â thawed, frzn peach slices
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/3 c. oil
- 1/3 c. lowfat milk
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 lrg Large eggs
- 1/3 c. minced walnuts or possibly pecans

- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9 x 5 loaf pan. In large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking pwdr, salt and nutmeg. In medium size bowl, combine peaches and lemon juice. In 2 c. glass measuring c., combine oil, lowfat milk, Large eggs and vanilla. Add in oil mix to flour mix and stir just till dry ingredients are moistened. Don't overbeat. Mix in peaches and nuts. Spoon into greased pan. Bake bread for 55 to 60 min or possibly till top is golden and center springs back when lightly touched, or possibly test for doneness with a knife. Cold in pan on wire rack for 10 min.
- Serve hot. Store in tightly wrapped container.
