Receta Tomato Sauce For Manicotti Or Lasagne

Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1 c. onion, finely minced
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 can (2 lbs.) tomatoes
- 1 can tomato paste (6 ounce.)
- 2 sprigs parsley, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Direcciones
- Saute/fry onion and garlic in oil. Puree tomatoes. Add in remaining ingredients. Cook for 1 hour covered and for 30 min uncovered. Makes 4 1/2 c.. Will freeze.
