Receta Peanut Butter And Banana Fritters

Ingredientes
- 5 x Large eggs
- 2 c. Half and half
- 3 c. All-purpose flour
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Baking soda
- 1 c. Creamy peanut butter
- 1 c. Minced peanuts
- 1 c. Minced bananas
- Â Â Vegetable oil for frying
- 1/4 c. Confectioners' sugar
Direcciones
- Combine the Large eggs, half-and-half, flour, salt, sugar, and baking soda in a large mixing bowl. Blend to a smooth batter. Add in the peanut butter and blend. Mix in the peanuts and bananas.
- Heat oil to 350 degrees. Drop the batter by tablespoonfuls into the warm oil and fry for about 5 min, or possibly till golden. Drain the fritters on paper towels. When cold, lightly sprinkle with confectioners' sugar.
