Receta Peanut Butter Burst Cookies

Ingredientes
- 2 c. all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 c. butter, softened
- 3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 1 (12 ounce.) pkg. (2 c.) Nestle Peanut Butter Morsels
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In small bowl, combine flour, baking pwdr and salt; set aside.
- In large bowl, combine butter, brown sugar, sugar and vanilla extract; beat at medium speed till creamy, about 3 to 5 min. Add in egg; beat well. Turn mixer to low; gradually add in flour mix. Stir in Nestle peanut butter morsels.
- Drop by rounded measuring teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 375 degrees for 7 to 9 min. Cold on cookie sheet 2 min. Remove and cold completely. Cookies will be a light golden brown color with a light brown edge. Makes 6 dozen 2" cookies.
