Receta Peanut Butter Oatmeal Chippers

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Butter or possibly margarine softened
- 1 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1 x Egg
- 1/4 c. Water
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 c. All-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Grnd cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Grnd nutmeg
- 3 c. Quick-cooking oats uncooked
- 1 c. Pecans (optional) minced
- 1 c. Peanut butter morsels
Direcciones
- Preparation Time: 0:10Cream butter; gradually add in sugar, beating at medium speed of an electric mixer till light and fluffy. Add in egg, and beat well; add in water and vanilla, mixing well. Combine flour, soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg; add in to creamed mix, mixing well. Stir in oats, pecans, if you like, and peanut butter morsels. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 min or possibly till lightly browned. Cold slightly on cookie sheets; remove to wire racks to cold completely.
