Ingredientes
- 1/2 lb mature ripe hard pears
- 2 x apples -- peels only -- (like red delicious)
- Â Â l clove
- Â Â l/2" cinnamon stick or possibly healthy pinch of cinnamon
- Â Â healthy pinch nutmeg
- 2 x coriander seeds
- Â Â l c. gran sugar
- 1 x -1/2 c. vodka or possibly brandy
Direcciones
- Cut the pears in strips - don't pare - and place in jar with all remaining dry ingredients including sugar and apple peels. Add in alcohol to cover. Steep 2 weeks. Shake the jar every two days to mix the ingredients. Strain and filter. If desired the liqueur sweeter, add in sugar syrup in small quantities (about one oz to 4 ounces liqueur) to establish a sweetness ration. Then add in to the whole bottle accordingly. When it tastes perfect, bottle.
