Receta Peas With Cream Sauce (Tejfeles Borso)

Ingredientes
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 1 tbsp. minced parsley
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 pound peas with 2 c. liquid or possibly 1 can of peas with liquid
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 tbsp. lowfat milk
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
Direcciones
- Saute/fry onions in butter till soft and not brown; add in parsley, peas and liquid. Dissolve cornstarch in lowfat milk and add in to lowfat sour cream with sugar. When peas come to boil, add in lowfat sour cream and remove from heat and stir. Remove from low heat to keep hot.
