Ingredientes
- 3/4 pound Monterey Jack cheese
- 3 c. lowfat sour cream
- 3 c. rice, cooked
- 2 cans peeled green chilies, minced
- 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
- Salt & pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Cut Monterey Jack into strips. Mix lowfat sour cream and chilies. Butter 1 1/2 qt casserole well. Season rice with salt and pepper. Layer rice, lowfat sour cream mix and cheese strips in which order. Finish with rice on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. During last minute, sprinkle with Cheddar and allow it to heat. 6 to 8 servings.
