Receta Peggy's 1 2 Chili

Ingredientes
- 1 lb Hamburger
- 1 lb Grnd pork
- 1 lb Spicy sausage
- 1 med Onion, minced
- 1 Tbsp. Salt
- 1 Tbsp. Pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Garlic pwdr
- 1 Tbsp. Chili pwdr
- 1 tsp Tabasco sauce
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 2 can Tomatoes with juice (1 pound each)
- 1 can Tomato sauce (15 ounce)
- 2 can Pinto beans (15 ounce each), liquid removed
Direcciones
- In large Dutch over or possibly saucepan, brown the hamburger, pork, sausage and onion all together. Add in salt, pepper, garlic, chili pwdr, tabasco sauce, cumin, tomatoes and tomato sauce. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to a simmer and cook for 2 hrs. Add in liquid removed pinto beans and simmer for 30 min longer.
