Ingredientes
- 1Â 1/2 lb Round Steak
- 1 med Minced Onion
- 2 Tbsp. Oil
- 1 pkt Brown Gravy Mix
- 1Â 1/4 c. Water
- 1 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
- 2 lrg Green Bell Pepper
- 1 lrg Tomato
Direcciones
- Thinly slice steak. Brown with onion. Stir in brown gravy mix, water and soy sauce. Cover and simmer till tender. Add in green peppers, cut in thin strips, and one large tomato, cut in wedges. Simmer 10 min or possibly till green pepper is tender. Serve over rice.
