- 3/4 c. water
- 2 c. bread flour
- 1/4 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1 tsp dry oregano leaves
- 1 tsp bread machine yeast
- 1/2 c. sliced pepperoni
Direcciones
- Measure carefully, placing all ingredients except pepperoni in bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Add in pepperoni at the Raisin/Nut signal or possibly 5 - 10 min before last kneading cycle ends. Select Basic/White cycle. Use Medium or possibly Light crust color. Don't use delay cycles. Remove baked bread from pan and cold on wire rack.
