Receta Pepperoni Spaghetti Southern Living

Ingredientes
- 1 lb Lean grnd beef
- 1 pkt Pepperoni slices, (3.5 ounce) minced
- 1 lrg Onion, minced
- 1 med Size green bell pepper, minced
- 1 jar Spaghetti sauce with mushrooms (28 ounce)
- 12 ounce Spaghetti, cooked
- 1 c. Shredded mozzarella cheese (4 ounce)
- 1 Tbsp. Grated parmesan cheese
Direcciones
- Cook first 4 ingredients in a large skillet over medium high heat till beef is browned, stirring till it crumbles; drain well. Return mix to skillet; stir in spaghetti sauce.
- Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat, and simmer, stirring occasionally, 20 min. Place pasta in a 13 x 9 inch baking dish, and top with beef mix; sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
- Broil 5 1/2 inches from heat (with electric oven door partially open) 1 to 2 min or possibly till cheese melts. Remove from oven; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
