To all Breakfast lovers!!!
A traditional English breakfast is what I like to wake up for on a lazy Sunday...
Its so simple , rich and fills your soul not to mention your stomach too :-)
My husband loves it and I enjoy making it for him occassionally!
Its the perfect comfort food to start your Sunday!
Ingredientes
- Eggs - 2
- Sausages - 2 ( as per preference )
- Bacon slices - 2 to 4 ( I used Turkey Bacon )
- Mushrooms - 2 cups
- Roma Tomato - 2
- Baked Beans - a 15oz can
- Bread slices - 2 to 4
- Olive oil - 2 tsp
- Pepper powder
- Salt - to taste
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 400F and keep the Bacon strips and sausages on a baking tray and place them in the oven for 20 minutes , until bacon is crispy borwn and sausage is cooked through.
- Heat Olive oil in a frying pan and saute the mushrooms until its cooked, season with some pepper and salt.
- Cut the tomatoes in half . Heat a grill pan and spray some olive oil on the pan and grill them on one side ( cut side down) .
- Heat the baked beans until the gravy becomes smooth.
- To fry the eggs, spray some olive oil on a pan and break the egg with yolk still intact. Cook on one side for about 40 seconds and carefully place it onto your plate without breaking the yolk. Sprinkle some pepper and salt on top.
- U may fry the bread slices with butter if you wish, I mildly toasted them.
- Serve with English tea or Orange juice. Yumm!!
