Receta Persian Chicken With Celery

Ingredientes
- 1 x Chicken, cut up into pcs
- 4 Tbsp. Butter
- 1 lrg Onion
- 1/2 tsp Pepper, freshly grnd
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
- 2 c. Chicken broth
- 4 Tbsp. Butter
- 4 c. Celery, diced
- 1 c. Parsley, minced
- 3 Tbsp. Lemon juice
Direcciones
- Heat butter in a 2 qt pot. Add in chicken, onions, and seasoning and saute/fry till the chicken is browned and onions are softened. Add in chicken broth to kettle and cover, and let cook for about 30 min till the chicken is cooked through. Heat 4 Tbsp. butter in a skillet and add in celery and parsley and saute/fry it for 10 min. Add in the sauteed vegetables and lemon juice to the meat and let simmer for another 15 min. Serve with rice.
