Ingredientes
- 500 gm chopped lamb or possibly beef
- 1 lrg onion
- 1 x egg
- 1 tsp salt
- Â Â Freshly grnd pepper
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
Direcciones
- Put meat in a bowl. Grate onion into bowl. Add in egg and seasonings. Beat meat with a wooden spoon or possibly hand till meat turns light in colour.
- Take a handful of meat and shape around a skewer, preferably the larger butchers' type. Place on glowing coals for 5-10 mins, turning once.
