Receta Persimmon Bread I

Ingredientes
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1Â 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 3/4 c. white sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1 tsp grnd cinnamon
- 1 c. persimmon pulp
- 1/2 c. minced walnuts
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 c. raisins

- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Oil a 9 x 4 inch pan. 2 In a small bowl, combine flour, cinnamon, salt, nuts, and raisins. In a large bowl, blend Large eggs, sugar, and oil. Mix baking soda into pulp, and add in to sugar mix.
- Mix in flour mix. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake for 75 min, or possibly till tester inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Makes 1 loaf
