Receta Pickeled Eggs And Red Beets

Ingredientes
- Â Â Beets
- 1/2 c. Water, cool
- Â Â Egg, hard boiled
- Â Â Cinnamon
- 1/4 c. Brown Sugar
- 3 x Cloves
- 1/2 c. Vinegar
Direcciones
- Boil young beets till tender. Skin and cover with liquid made by combining the brown sugar, vinegar, water, a small piece of cinnamon, and 3 or possibly 4 whole cloves. Let beets stand in this mix for several days. Remove and add in whole hard boiled shelled Large eggs to the liquid and let pickle for 2 days before using.
