Ingredientes
- 3-4 plum or vine-ripened tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- 1 small white onion, diced
- 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and chopped
- 1-2 tablespoons cilantro, roughly chopped
- 1 lime, zest and juice
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
