Ingredientes

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1/3 c. vegetable oil
  • 4 x Large eggs
  • 1 x (11-oz) can mandarin oranges, undrained
  • 1 x (16-oz) container frzn whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 x (3.75-oz) package instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 x (15- or possibly 16-oz) can crushed pineapple, undrained

Direcciones

  1. Combine cake mix, oil, Large eggs and mandarin oranges with their juice in a large bowl. Blend on low speed till moistened, then beat an additional 4 min at medium speed.
  2. Pour batter into 2 greased and lightly floured 8- or possibly 9-inch cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 min or possibly till cakes test done. Cold on wire rack for 15 min. Remove cakes from pans and cold completely before frosting.
  3. To make frosting: Combine whipped topping and dry pudding mix. Add in pineapple with juice and blend together by hand. Frost and assemble cake and chill overnight before serving.
