- 2/3 c. (5 ounce. can) undiluted evaporated lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. coconut
- 3/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 (8 ounce.) can crushed pineapple in heavy syrup, undrained
- 1/2 teaspoon grated orange rind

- Beat cream cheese till fluffy. Add in evaporated lowfat milk and vanilla. Blend. Add in rest and chill. Serve as a dip for fruit.
