Receta Pineapple Beef Teriyaki

Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. packed brown sugar
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 lbs. boneless sirloin steak, cut in 1-inch cubes
- 1 tbsp. salad oil
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 1 pineapple, cut in 1-inch cubes or possibly 1 can pineapple chunks
Direcciones
- Several hrs before serving: Mix sugar, soy sauce, lemon juice, oil, ginger and garlic. Stir in beef and chill, covered. Stir several times. Alternate beef and pineapple on skewers. Broil in oven or possibly cook on grill. May add in green pepper and onions to skewers also.
