Receta Pineapple Bran Muffins

Ingredientes
- 2 1/2 c. bran mix
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1/2 teaspoon soda
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 2 jumbo egg whites
- 1/3 c. brown sugar
- 2 tbsp. oil
- 8 ounce. nonfat yogurt or possibly 1 c. buttermilk
- 20 ounce. can of crushed pineapple, liquid removed
Direcciones
- Bran Mix: Mix equal parts of rolled wheat, unprocessed bran flakes and oat bran.
- Mix bran mix, raisins, soda and baking pwdr together. Stir the remaining ingredients together and add in to the dry ones. Mix well. Line a 12 c. muffin pan with paper liners and fill with the batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 min. Store in the refrigerator.
