  1. 1. In a shallow, heat-resistant, non-metallic baking dish, place ham slices. Top each ham slice with cheese.
  2. 2. Place cooked broccoli spears on top of each cheese-topped-ham slice. Set aside.
  3. 3. In a medium-sized, heat-resistant, non-metallic bowl, heat the one Tbsp. butter, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 30 seconds.
  4. 4. Blend in the flour, salt, horseradish, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and onion. Set aside.
  5. 5. Combine beaten egg yolk and pineapple juice.
  6. 6. Add in pineapple juice mix to butter mix. Blend well.
  7. 7. Stir in lowfat milk.
  8. 8. Heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 5 min, stirring every minute till sauce is thick and bubbling.
  9. 9. Spoon about 1 Tbsp. of sauce over broccoli.
  10. 10. Roll ham and cheese around broccoli and secure with wooden toothpicks.
  11. 11. Heat, covered, in Microwave Oven for 8 min.
  12. 12. Spoon remaining sauce over ham rolls. Top with pineapple slices.
  13. 13. Heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 2 to 3 min or possibly till sauce is bubbly.
