Receta Pineapple Pecan Loaf Bread

Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. shortening
- 3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 c. frzn orange juice concentrate (thawed and undiluted)
- 1 (8 ounce.) can undrained crushed pineapple
- 1/2 c. minced pecans
Direcciones
- Cream shortening - add in sugar; beat well. Add in egg, beat well. Combine soda, flour and salt. Add in to creamed mix with orange juice. Begin and end with flour mix. Stir in pineapple and pecans. Bake in greased and floured loaf pan. 350 degrees about 50 min.
