Receta Pineapple Pumpkin Bread

Ingredientes
- 2 c. sugar
- 3 Large eggs, beaten
- 3 tbsp. oil
- 1 c. crushed pineapple (liquid removed)
- 1 c. nuts
- 1 c. canned pumpkin
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 c. flour
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Direcciones
- Mix all ingredients and pour into two medium bread pans. Bake 1 hour. Cold, wrap in foil till time to use.
