Receta Plum And Peach Compote

Ingredientes
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. water
- Rind of 1/2 lemon
- Juice of 1 orange
- 1 stick cinnamon
- 3 peaches, peeled
- 6 plums
- Juice of 1 lemon
Direcciones
- 1. Combine sugar, water, lemon rind, orange juice and cinnamon stick in a saucepan and boil till the mix is a syrupy consistency.
- 2. Add in peaches, cover and boil slowly till tender. Remove peaches.
- 3. Pierce plums with a fork and boil in the same syrup till tender. Remove plums and simmer till the syrup thickens. Remove lemon rind.
- 4. Add in lemon juice to the syrup and pour over the fruit. Serves 4.
