- 3/4 stick butter
- 3 Large eggs
- 3 tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. crushed pineapple, liquid removed
- 1 c. coconut flakes
- 9 inch unbaked pie shell
Direcciones
- Heat butter and mix with remaining ingredients. Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees or possibly till set and brown.
