Receta Polish Butter Cookie

Ingredientes
- 1 c. butter
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 5 hard cooked Large eggs, egg yolks mashed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 c. flour, sifted
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon lowfat milk
- Nuts, finely minced
- Cinnamon sugar
- Poppy seeds
Direcciones
- Cream butter and sugar. Add in mashed Large eggs and vanilla. Stir in flour mixed with salt. Refrigeratedough till hard sufficient to roll. Roll out dough 1/4" thick. Cut with cookie cutters, place on a cookie sheet. Brush with egg mixed with lowfat milk. Sprinkle with nuts, cinnamon sugar or possibly poppy seed. Bake in 350 degree oven for 10 min or possibly till golden brown. 48 cookies.
