  1. In a bowl, combine orange juice, lemon juice, apples and pineapple. Sprinkle with sugar and stir to combine. Place grapes and plums in a blender with a small amount of water and blend till pureed. Strain puree and add in to bowl of sweetened fruit and stir to combine.
  2. Place fruit mix in a large bowl and add in strong tea, crushed ice and soda water, if you like.
