Receta Pono's Vegetable Cheese Tart

Ingredientes
- 3 x Large eggs, beaten
- 2 c. half-and-half
- 2 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1 pkt Knorr vegetable soup and recipe mix
- 10 ounce frzn spinach, thawed and liquid removed
- 1 x pie shell, unbaked (9-inch) Or possibly
- 1 x tart shell, pre-baked (11-inch)
Direcciones
- In a large bowl, stir first five ingredients till well-blended. Spoon into the pie or possibly tart shell. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 min, or possibly till a knife inserted halfway in center comes out clean. This is a great brunch item!
