Ingredientes
- Â Â Juice of 4 lemons
- 1/3 c. Rice vinegar plus
- 2 Tbsp. Rice vinegar
- 1 c. Dark soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Tamari sauce
- 3 Tbsp. Mirin
- 1/3 ounce Dry bonito flakes
- 1 x Two-inch square giant kelp (konbu)
Direcciones
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and let stand 24 hrs. Strain through a cheesecloth and mature for 3 months in a cold, dark place, or possibly in the refrigerator.
- This recipe yields 2 1/2 c. of dipping sauce.
