Ingredientes
- 1 pound grnd beef
- 1 c. pizza sauce
- 1 c. Mozzarella cheese
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. Parmesan cheese
Direcciones
- Brown grnd beef and add in pizza sauce and cheese. Pour into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Set aside. Beat Large eggs, add in lowfat milk, oil, flour and cheese. Pour this over the beef mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 min. Serve "popovered" with toppings of your choice.
