Receta Poppy Seed Chicken Casserole

Ingredientes
- 1 Tbsp. Margarine
- 8 ounce Sliced mushrooms
- 5 c. Cooked chicken -- cubed
- 1 x Cream of chicken soup,
- Â Â Condensed
- 1 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 2 ounce Pimientos -- drain
- 1/2 c. Margarine -- melted
- 1Â 1/3 c. Crackers -- crushed
- 2 tsp Poppy seeds
Direcciones
- In a skillet, heat margarine. Saute/fry mushrooms till tender. Stir in chicken, soup, lowfat sour cream and pimiento; mix well. Spoon mix into a greased 2-qt casserole. In a small bowl combine topping ingredients (1/2 c. margarine, the crushed crackers and 2 tsp. poppy seed). Sprinkle over the chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min.
