Ingredientes
- 1 c. raisins
- 1 c. boiling water
- 3 Large eggs
- 1 c. oil
- 2 c. sugar
- 3 c. flour
- 1 (16 ounce.) can pork and beans
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Direcciones
- Mix raisins with boiling water; stir and set aside. Beat Large eggs, oil, sugar and pork and beans till beans are broken. Add in flour and rest of dry ingredients to bean mix. Add in vanilla. Pour batter into 3 well-greased loaf pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 50-60 min.
