Ingredientes
- 6 pork chops
- 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 10 3/4 ounce. can celery soup
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1 (24 ounce.) frzn hash browns
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese
- 1 can French fried onions
Direcciones
- Sprinkle chops with seasoned salt. Brown using vegetable oil. Set aside. In large bowl mix soup, lowfat milk, lowfat sour cream, pepper, seasoned salt, stir together. Then add in thawed hash browns, cheese and onions.
- Save some cheese and onions for top. Stir well. Spoon into a 9 x 13 inch dish arrange chops on top of mix. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 40 min. Top with remaining cheese and onion mix. Bake 5 min longer uncovered.
