Ingredientes
- 2 pork steaks
- 3/4 c. diced onion
- 3/4 c. rice
- 1 lg. can tomatoes
Direcciones
- In 10-12 inch skillet, brown pork steaks in small amount of oil. Set aside. Brown rice and onion. Add in tomatoes. Chop into small pcs if necessary. Bring to boil. Add in pork steaks. Cover, reduce heat, simmer for 1 hour.
