Receta Citrus Glazed Salmon w/ pineapple
A mild sweet & savory salmon dish
Ingredientes
- 2 Salmon Filet Portions (6-8 oz)
- 1/3 C Brown Sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
- Zest & Juice from one whole Lemon
- 2 Tbs Ponzu Sauce
- 1 C sliced & quartered Pineapple
Direcciones
- Mix brown sugar with kosher salt .
- Coat the salmon with the mix
- Let the fish rest for 5 -10 min
- Place the salmon in a glass baking dish
- Drizzle the 2 Tbs Ponzu Sauce over the salmon
- Juice the lemon over the salmon
- Place pineapple slices around the fish
- Broil for 10 min (or less depending on your personal preferance)
- Remove salmon from broiler & plate with pineapple slices on top of the salmon.
- I serve this dish over rice noodles & braised spinach.
