Receta Pork Sauerkraut Supper

Ingredientes
- 1 (16 ounce.) can sliced potatoes, liquid removed
- 1 (14 ounce.) can sauerkraut with caraway, rinsed and liquid removed
- 1 med. apple, cored and minced
- 1 tbsp. coarse-grain brown mustard
- 1/2 c. apple juice or possibly apple cider
- 4 boneless smoked pork loin chops (10 ounce. total)
Direcciones
- Arrange potato slices in an ungreased 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch baking dish. Stir together sauerkraut, apple, and mustard; spoon over potatoes. Pour apple juice or possibly apple cider over everything in dish. Arrange pork chops in dish.
- Bake, covered, in a 350 degree oven about 1 hour or possibly till heated through. Makes 4 servings.
