Receta Pork Tenderloin With Cream Sauce

- 1 1/2-2 pound pork tenderloin
- 1/3 c. minced onion
- 1/2 c. minced carrot
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 c. beef stock or possibly broth
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon thyme
- Pepper
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/2 c. light cream
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 2 teaspoon minced parsley
- Noodles
Direcciones
- Brown meat, onions and carrots in butter. Add in next 7 ingredients. Cover and simmer till tender. Remove meat. Measure pan juice and add in water to make 1 c.. Return liquid to skillet. Stir cream into flour. Add in to skillet to thicken mix and make a sauce. Pour sauce over meat in serving dish. Add in parsley. Serve over noodles. 6-8 servings.
