Receta Port Wine Raisin Sauce

Ingredientes
- 1 c. port wine
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 c. seed raisins (opt.)
Direcciones
- Heat wine in double boiler. Mix cornstarch with sugar and stir into the wine. Cook and stir till sauce is smooth and clear. Add in 1/2 c. seeded raisins if desired. Other red wines may be used in making this sauce.
