- 1 pound hamburger
- 1 egg
- 1/3 c. evaporated lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 c. minced onions
- 2 tbsp. finely minced green peppers
Direcciones
- Mix ingredients and shape into 16 balls. Alternate on skewers with onion and tomato slices. Broil over coals; put between long pcs of French bread. Yield: 8 servings.
